九十年代，我們?nèi)齻€(gè)人在紐約時(shí)相往來(lái)，在彼此的畫(huà)室看彼此的畫(huà)。現(xiàn)在選出其中部分，掛起來(lái)，自己看看，也請(qǐng)大家看。 這項(xiàng)展覽不是關(guān)于觀念、風(fēng)格、畫(huà)路，不是關(guān)于當(dāng)代藝術(shù)或任何名稱(chēng)的藝術(shù)，而是關(guān)于信念：在不同的時(shí)間和城市，做自己熱愛(ài)的事。 早先我們有幸在紐約開(kāi)眼界，如今有幸在北京開(kāi)眼界。聽(tīng)從自己的感覺(jué)與內(nèi)心，是這兩座紛亂而偉大的城市賜于我們的教益。

During the 90s, the three of us were floating in the same social circles of New York, and observing each other’s paintings in each other studios. Today, we have selected a few of these works, hung them here, re-examined them, and invited the public to have a look. This exhibition is not about concepts, styles, or the development of painting, it is not about contemporary art nor art by any other name; this exhibition is about beliefs-in different times and in different cities, about doing what we love. In the past, we have been fortunate enough to expand our horizons in New York; today, we have the same good fortune to do in Beijing. Listening to our own thoughts and inner selves with our personal feelings and inner selves, it was these two helter-skelter and mighty cities that bestowed us with enlightenment.
